Each and every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front reception staff. I was traveling alone with my two young children and they were very patient, kind, and understanding to my kids. The location is very close to town and the hotel shuttle drives you to the edge of town whenever you wish and picks you up within 5 minutes of calling. A block away from the town drop-off is a quick laundry service that washed & folded 2 bags of our clothes for 24 euros within 4 hours. A la carte breakfast is included in the rate and everything is fresh and well prepared. Each morning, a plate with cold cuts, cheese, and breadsticks was brought out along with another plate of local savory pie, cakes & desserts, and a bread basket. The avocado with poached egg is especially delicious. We also had dinners from the restaurant poolside and room service and all of the dishes, including pizzas and fish (sea bass) were excellent. Housekeeping comes twice a day to clean/refresh the room. They left children’s shampoo and body soap for my kids. Complimentary sparkling & still waters were much appreciated and our refrigerator replenished once a day. Transfers to/from the hotel were also included and made the journey so much easier not having to worry about transportation. We had a 2-bedroom suite with a hot tub on the balcony that faced the beach and my kids and I loved watching the spectacular sunsets from the hot tub. Traveling in May, it was warm during the day but cooler in the evenings so the hot tub was welcome during that time of year. I would highly recommend room 31. Beach loungers were 30 euros a day for non-guests and the beach staff were very helpful with setting up our lounger, umbrella and towels, as well as ordering drinks from the restaurant.

It was spotless and the layout of the hotel was beautiful with a Snow White theme and with the feeling of Greece as one imagined it to be,in a postcard perfect kind of way! The lovely swimming pool, the sunbeds on the private beach, the gorgeous swimming pool and loungers, the incredible breakfast served and the wonderful hospital professional service at this restaurant was so impressive .The very kind manager gave us an amazing upgrade to accommodate our huge luggage that required space to open up all our bags. We got such a stunning suite and would recommend this Mykonos resort/hotel to honeymooners for this prime suite! You have a jacuzzi in your bedroom! Sunset views and pool and beach views! Plus one can walk onto a pretty private beach! Only a short walk from the port town and Little Venice, a free shuttle from and to the port to catch our ferry was such an added bonus. The breakfast included was out of this world!

This hotel was amazing! With out doubt the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were very welcoming, super friendly and very professional at their job. They attended to all our needs. The pool area was so amazing, I didn’t want to leave every time we were there. The breakfast was another level! Never have I had such good quality food for breakfast. My complements to the chefs, simply delicious! We stayed in an Annex room which was not on the main premises. It was up a steep hill but we hired a motorcycle so we had no problem getting up or down the hill. If you don’t have a rental motorcycle or car the hotel has a shuttle service for getting their guests from one building to another. I loved this place so much this is where I will stay when I return to Mykonos. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful whitewashed hotel with a great pool area facing the azure sea. The highlights were 1. the great location, at walking distance to town, away from the crowds and right on the beach; 2. the breakfast made to order facing the sea - there is a menu but they will bring you whatever you wish with a smile; and 3. the fantastic shower in the room, with wall jets. A shoutout to Panos, the hotel manager, a real Pro. We rented a car for an island ride, the reception took care of it and the car was brought to the hotel. We felt like kings, blessed by the Olympus gods.

The reception and restaurant staff were engaging and friendly. The place was super clean and well maintained. Free breakfast and port transfers were a big money saver. Mykonos can be windy, but the glass barriers around the pool area shelter you from the wind and make it quite pleasant.
